As with any information on the Internet, WCS does not guarantee any information, service, or merchandise provided on or through our website.  This is particularly true given that the WCS website may contain links to third party websites for governments or embassies through which users may seek visa or consular services.  WCS is not responsible for the content or the information on any such third party website, and you rely upon such content or information at your own risk.  WCS does not guaranty that is able to obtain a visa, travel document, document legalization, or any other service offered by WCS merely by your use of this website.  Governments and foreign embassies may change applicable requirements at any time with or without notice, and WCS fees for services are due regardless of outcome.

We do not place cookies on your computer when you use our website, but WCS reserves the right to archive browser sessions or the IP address for users that access our website.  The only information about you that WCS collects is information that you choose to supply to us through our website including without limitation documents that you may upload to our website, and information that you may supply to us when you create an online account through our website.  Any documents uploaded to the WCS website will be periodically deleted by WCS approximately every six (6) months, including without limitation any completed documents that WCS uploads to your WCS account.  You may delete any document uploaded to the WCS website at any time, including without limitation any completed documents that WCS uploads to your WCS account.   Unless you specifically request in writing that WCS maintain a document for more than six (6) months, all documents in your WCS account are subject to deletion at least once every six (6) months, and nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to create any obligation on the part of WCS to retain any such documents for any period of time.  Premium services may be available through which users could obtain storage of such documents for longer periods of time subject to additional premium charges.  Users may update their account with WCS at any time, but any account that is dormant for a period of more than six (6) months is subject to periodic deletion.  

WCS expressly prohibits you from posting any obscene, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inflammatory, pornographic, obscene or any other material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability.  WCS will cooperate with law enforcement authorities or any court order requiring WCS to identify any user that posts any such content on the WCS website.  WCS assumes no responsibility or liability for any such obscene, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inflammatory, pornographic, obscene or any other material posted unlawfully on the WCS website.  

WCS cooperates fully with local, state and federal authorities with respect to applicable laws and regulations.  As our services relate to visa services, document legalization and related services, WCS may be legally required to disclose information about you to local, state and/or federal government pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and/or investigations.  You acknowledge and understand that WCS must abide by any such obligations, and WCS may not be obligated to notify you of its compliance with any local, state or federal investigation.
