Commercial Shipping/Export-related Documents

Documents like Commercial Invoices (CI) or Certificates of Origin (CO), etc used for shipping products out. Not sure what qualifies as a Shipping Issued Document? Find out >>

Special Requirements:

  • Argentina requires Certificates of Origin (CO) to be legalized. Commercial Invoices (CI) can be legalized upon request. The minimum requirements for any shipments to Argentina is that a CO must be legalized at the Consular Section of the Embassy here in Washington DC. Please note, the Argentina Embassy in Washington D.C. will only legalize a CO that is issued within the following states: Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.
  • The CO must be Notarized and Chamberized at the Shipper’s Location. The process also requires a verification letter from that specific Chamber of Commerce based on jurisdiction.
  • A CI must be legalized together with its CO. The CI must also be notarized locally at the Shipper’s location and the signature of that Notary must be certified by the County Clerk where the Notary Public is registered.

Please note that the price breakdown listed above is for reference purposes only. Prices may vary based on additional requirements and requests. Specifically, if your document requires out of state processing based on jurisdictional requirements, there will be an additional charge. WCS works with each customer to confirm pricing once a request is submitted.
