Washington Consular Services Inc acts as a registered agent for companies here in the District of Columbia. Having a Registered Agent will allow you to set up and do business here in Washington DC and give you a DC address.
We are able to assist you with setting up your company, filing any papers with the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) and returning the records to you. As your registered agent in DC we are responsible for receiving and forwarding any important legal and tax documents including: Service of Process (lawsuits), Franchise Tax and/or Annual Reports and official or governmental forms and notices for corporations or LLCs.
If you would like us to act as your agent in DC we simply need your written instructions confirming that you would like us to act in this capacity, including the name of the company. We will complete the appropriate form and send back to you for filling at the DCRA offices. If you require us to, we are also able to file this with the DCRA along with any other forms or paperwork.
If you need additional paperwork filed please send the original of the document to us and if you require copies returned you should include your own return airway bill issued by UPS or FedEx with the document. Together with this please send your check or credit card information for payment of fees.
