The Corporations Division, Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs of DC has made the announcement that they are no longer mailing pre-printed reports to customers who are due on their 2-year reports. All customers are encouraged to file their reports using the DCRA’s website. The online feature of filing will be launching in mid-April. To facilitate this new process and online report filing, the DCRA extended the deadline to e-file till May 16^th 2011. Late fees will not be charged for any reports that we receive by mail / in-person / by e-filing before this deadline.  For all corporations who are due their 2-year reports in 2011, WCS will be mailing and emailing all customers the notice issued by DCRA.
